Frequently Asked Questions

All of our teas are packaged and shipped from Toronto Ontario, Canada.

We source teas from highly reputable suppliers around the world known for their quality. Additionally, our suppliers are all part of the Ethical Tea Partnership (www.ethicalteapartnership.org) that focuses on a fairer, more sustainable tea industry for tea workers, farmers and their families as well as the environment.

It varies depending on the type of tea, servings range from around 20 to 24 cups per pouch.

1. Ideally water should be heated to around 208-212° F.
2. Use a regular tea spoon to scoop out one portion and place it into a tea filter or any infuser you may have to hold the tea leaves.
3. Brew for around 3 - 5 minutes.
